Domestic Shipping (UK)
Standard Shipping
Orders under £50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of £2.99. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at checkout.Free Shipping
Orders over £50 ship free across the UK.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Dispatch times may vary with product availability and order volume. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Made-to-Order Items
Some products, including our titanium exhaust systems, are built to order. The production time is shown on the product page (typically 3–4 weeks) and is in addition to the delivery times above.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Rates are calculated by destination and package weight and shown at checkout.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes or fees by the destination country. 150 Performance is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.Estimated Delivery Times for International Orders
International delivery times vary with destination and customs processing. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. 150 Performance cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to an incorrect address.Delayed or Lost Packages
Occasionally delays happen for reasons outside our control, such as weather or carrier issues. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Returns
We want you to be happy with every part you buy from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Changed your mind?
(R1.1) You can return a standard (non made-to-order) item for a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you’d like to return it. Once you’ve told us, you then have a further 14 days to get the item back to us.
Return requests made after 14 days, or items received back after this period, can’t be accepted.
To keep returns smooth, items need to come back unused, in their original packaging, and packed the way we sent them. Please don’t use duct tape on the original box, as it damages the packaging and we may not be able to accept the return.
Made-to-order products
Made-to-order items (including our built-to-order exhaust systems) are produced to your specification, so they are final sale and can’t be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we’ll put it right.
Made-to-order products should be fitted by a professional. Some may need minor modification to the part or vehicle for the best fit.
Restocking fee
(R1.2) Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. Refund = total item value, minus shipping, minus any discount used, minus 20%.
(R1.3) In some cases our returns team may choose to waive the restocking fee as a goodwill gesture. This is decided case by case and doesn’t guarantee future waivers.
Third-party brands
(R1.4) Items from other brands (such as Milltek, Scorpion, Cobra and Maxton Design) must be returned in their original, undamaged box so they can be resold as new.
Return postage
(R1.5) To start a return, just email info@150motorsport.com. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.
(R1.6) Refunds cover the item price only; original delivery charges aren’t refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
(R1.7) If an item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help straight away.
Please inspect every part carefully before fitting. Once a part has been fitted we can’t tell whether damage happened in transit or during installation, so fitting a damaged item means it can’t be returned.
Sealed items
(R1.10) Items with a “No Return If Seal Removed” sticker can’t be returned once the seal is broken.
